Craig Wiegert in Physics & Astronomy is the contact person. The University is currently underway in renovating a former lab into our first SCALE-UP room for biological sciences. It will only be for 45 students but it is a great first step for our university. We are also well underway in the planning process for a new $50M Science Learning Center (SLC) in which we hope to build several (2-4) SCALE-UP rooms, each of which for about 90 students.
The 2016 focus for the Center for Teaching and Learning fellows will be teaching using SCALE-UP methodologies and practices.
